1) Eat less sugar and processed foods

Sugar and processed foods are major stimulants for a bad skin. Stay away from foods like aerated drinks, bread, doughnuts, cakes, and other foods rich in sugar. Sugar can spike up your insulin levels, which is not only bad for the skin but also triggers obesity, diabetes, and other life-threatening conditions.

 

2) Hydrate, hydrate, and Hydrate!

Like any other organ of your body, your skin also craves water. Since water maintains your skin’s elasticity, People who drink more water are less likely to suffer from fine lines, wrinkles, and scars. For your daily water intake, try to drink at least eight glasses of water a day. You don’t have to wait to feel thirsty to do that. Feeling thirsty is a signal that your body has already started getting dehydrated.

3) Fix gut imbalances
