Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the country of origin of all our products is India.
Products depicted on our website are exactly the same products that we sell and ship to you.
Due to photography and light effects, minor colour variations or wash variations are possible.
All models who showcase our products on our website are over 18 years of age and of sound mind.
All our products are designed to fit you. However, due to different body types, the way our product fits you could be different from the way it fits our models shown on our website.
All our products are fully checked for quality, both at the time of production and by our in-house quality control team.
Prices
The price of all our products is uniform in India and is transparently shown on our website.
The price quoted on our website is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), including all applicable taxes.
We run periodic promotions at prices that are lower than MRP. Even then, prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
We offer free shipping for all PREPAID forward shipping orders above Rs. 500 and COD forward shipping orders above Rs. 1,000. Forward shipping means goods shipped from our warehouse to your location.
We offer free/chargeable Cash on Delivery (COD) on all forward shipping orders.

2. Users will get 10% cashback up to a maximum of ₹500.
3. The offer is valid only once per user during the offer period.
4. No coupon code required.
5. No minimum order value required to be eligible for this offer.
6. User’s who make the 1st payment will be eligible for cashback.
7. Eligible cashback amount will reflect in the user's Simpl account within 24 hours of
successful transaction. Details will also be communicated through Email and SMS.
8. For all the eligible transactions taking place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the
cashback will be processed on Monday.
9. The eligible cashback amount will be adjusted against the 2nd payment and will reflect
in the pending dues.
10. The eligible cashback amount can only be used for Simpl Pay in 3
transactions/installments and not for Simpl Pay Later transactions.
11. Cashback will be canceled in case of full refunds or cancellation of orders.
12. Offer is only valid for transactions done via Simpl Pay in 3.
13. All transactions taking place on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday shall be processed on
Monday
14. Any customer availing the cashback shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and
conditions.
15. Simpl reserves the right to disqualify the user from cashback eligibility if any fraudulent
activity is identified.

Ordering Process & Related Policies
All orders are placed directly on our website by you.
In the event that you are unable to place orders yourself, orders are placed on your behalf by our officers using our back-end systems. In both cases, orders are placed only after your explicit consent and affirmative action, as applicable.
Irrespective of who has placed your order, you will be sent a confirmation email/SMS/Whatspp Message. This communication includes your unique order number, contact details, product details and payment mode.
In case of any deemed error in your order, or for clarification regarding your order, we will get in touch with you before your order is shipped. In all such cases, orders will be shipped only after we mutually resolve the matter at hand.
To the extent possible, we aim to deliver your order on time and we expect you to accept your order. Our processing and delivery times are shown here.
We neither charge you any cancellation fee nor pay you any cancellation fee, irrespective of the order being cancelled by you or by us, and for whatever reason.
If you want to return your delivered order, you are able to do so. The entire process is guided by our returns, exchange and refund policy, which is available on the product page.
Disputes
With respect to any dispute regarding the website, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India, as if the Terms and Conditions were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India, subject to foreign legal mandatory provisions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, differences or claim arising out of your visit to the www.koldpress.in website shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator appointed by the proprietor of ASTRA in accordance with the law. The venue of such arbitration shall be at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India and the award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
To the extent arbitration is not permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the website shall be submitted to an appropriate court or other judicial body in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India, as applicable, without prejudice to the applicable law and all applicable provisions of this Section, and subject to our right to seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court, if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
